Prepare scope of services, coordinate all design professionals, interview and select engineers, contractors and/or consultants, create bid documents, coordinate environmental and traffic reports, create detail specifications, interface with public utilities, and establish timetables for completion of construction documents.

Monitor and verify the construction process. Review construction quality, project schedules, and substitute product submittals. Monitor construction site for OSHA and other governmental regulations. Negotiate change orders, review bids with owners, select contractors, review shop drawings, on-site job meetings, create punch list, and coordinate the transition of the building to the owner.
