Listed below are the credentials of the firm’s principal, Mr. Keith D. Chambers:
Mr. Chambers holds both a Bachelor of Architecture degree (five-year program) and a BS in Civil Engineering degree (four-year program), both from the nationally accredited University of Miami programs. Mr. Chambers is the only student at the University of Miami to achieve these degrees at the same time. Mr. Chambers also received an Associate Degree in Civil Technology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, nationally accredited program of Florida Atlantic University.
Mr. Chambers is a principal-in-charge for the architecture, design and planning aspects of KCA Design Group, Inc. Mr. Chambers specializes in both new and renovation commercial and residential projects. Mr. Chambers’ experience runs the gamut from health care to medical offices, banks and financial institutions, sporting facilities, educational building, commercial office buildings, retail stores and shopping centers, fast-food, to remodel existing residential facilities and handicap modification redesigns for existing commercial and residential facilities.
Mr. Chambers has over thirty years in the construction industry and has successfully passed the following professional exams: Professional Architecture License Exam (June 1989), Contractor LIcense Exam (March 1986), Engineering-in-training Exam (April 1989, Real Estate License Exam (1986), Mortgage Broker Exam (1987). He has license in Florida and Georgia but through his NCARB certificate, he can obtain any state license in this country.
